This 1920’s home in Clontarf brings the unexpected, with daring dark materials and minimal details. Collaboration was a given on this project, our client knew she wanted something utterly unique and we loved diving into all things dark and moody. Every room in this beautiful home has had the Joseph May touch, from the bespoke dark veneer kitchen, smart utility & boot room to the luxury master dressing room. For this client, the kitchen needed to feel like a piece of furniture. Gathering with friends is now a delight with a full suite of Bora appliances and hard wearing dramatic Dekton worktops. The same luxury continues in the backlit natural marble inside the custom built drinks & pantry unit. Doors can be left open when gathering with friends for extra wow factor. The walk through utility & boot room is always polished and beautiful no matter who walks through it. Every detail from flooring and joinery to bar stools and lighting were curated and installed by the team at Joseph May.
